I have one complaint though. That music. Couldn't stand it. Other than that, 10/10 would use those guys again to store my stuff.

Great customer service! Harry and Wayne were excellent and went over all of our options. The storage units are clean and very spacious. Definitely recommend for storage.
I was able to set up automatic payments, which is always a plus to me. I enjoyed the ease of moving everything in and out of the space. They provide carts to move the big stuff. The facility looks very secure as well. I was never concerned about the safety of my belongings.
Update: I moved out everything after renting a 5x10 storage unit on the second floor for several months.

Won't store my stuff anywhere else. Have used them twice already. The cleanest facility I have ever been to. Very safe as a woman adding materials alone. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend
Friendly staff, clean units, and a great location. I felt very comfortable with renting a unit at this location. The staff helped me figure out what size unit I would need, and they told me I could move to a different size unit if the 5x10 was too small or too big. I looked into many different reviews and companies before deciding which one to go with, but I am happy that I chose the Chadds Ford location.
